I totally agree on the meditation topic! In advance of every meditation I ask myself about the goal of my upcoming meditation: relaxing or getting more focused or let emotions go... and so on. It is very motivating for me :)
Interesting info about the probiotic soda! Some of them can be quite yum 😋 I mainly drink Kombucha if I want something sparkling, would the same apply to Kombucha?
