Why fertility should be of interest to EVERYONE
Did you know that a decline in fertility may predict the onset of disease up to a decade in advance?
Due to mounting evidence, it has even been suggested that fertility testing should be a part of regular check-ups. Lifestyle choices such as mindfulness & self-care practices can have a significant influence on overall wellness and fertility - whether or not you plan to have a family.
Women have the unique benefit of getting feedback on their health and fertility every month but we’re rarely taught how! Even if you do not menstruate, understanding lifestyle influences on this amazing yet fragile aspect of physiology is tremendously important in supporting health.
There are many things I wish I’d known earlier on as a woman who struggled with hormonal balances that resulted in a list of unfavourable symptoms - including things that affected my fertility. It took me many years, lengthy study, and a lot of trial and error to learn what I could do to naturally support my health and that’s why I want to share what I know with you - in the hope that you don’t have to struggle.
I’m excited to hear from you! Please leave a comment or reach out if you have any questions!
Warmest Regards & as always, THANK YOU for reading!
The slowing living challenge is so cozy and happy🥹♥️
