Slow Talks #4: Pilgrimages, regenerative medicine, & the power of mindfulness with Dr. Sarah Kotlerman
I had the pleasure of interviewing a real mover and shaker in the natural health world, Dr. Sarah Kotlerman, D.C. Not only is she a gifted doctor but has remained a true friend of mine for over a decade!
She’s the director of Averio Institute (a small but completely unique integrative regenerative medicine clinic with amazing results for people with conditions ranging from autism to cancer!), a wife, mother, and the author of some wonder-full books - my favorite being Seeing Magic, which we will discuss in the interview!
We sat down to talk about:
Slow living
The value of personalised care and mindset in healing
Sarah’s experience hiking the Santiago de Compostela trail in Spain
The power of the body to heal

Wishing you blue skies and big dreams,
Lovely to have another episode of the slow talks 😊 Doing the Santiago is on my bucket list - my mum did a part a while back and she absolutely loved it too. Hearing Sarah's experience makes me want to go out and do it!
Yes, you two should do this regularly
