🔸Check out the course workbook and complete the “pre-quiz”. Take some time to reflect, perhaps in writing, on your current lifestyle habits related to self-care, slow living, and health (these may include (but are not limited to) categories such as: nutrition, stress management, sleep, slow living rituals like journaling or crafting, other things may be prayer, tracking aspects of your health and fitness, cooking, and ways in which you enjoy connecting to nature.)
🔸Use the workbook or a journal to jot down questions and thoughts from the recordings. For instance, have you had a “Yellowstone wolves” experience with your health and why is health important to you? Without sharing sensitive personal medical information, please feel free to post thoughts and questions in the comments section below.
If you enjoyed this, please help others find it by liking & sharing, or consider leaving a tip - your support helps tremendously. 💖

Oh interesting to think about the Yellowstone wolves in terms of health. I'm not sure if it's a good example, but I'm currently on antibiotics for a lung infection and even after a few days I can feel the effect on my entire body, because of course they're also fighting my good bacteria. It's really making me reflect on just how important those little things really are.
